Call for Artists

CaroArtVirtualGallery offers artists the opportunity to participate in curated virtual exhibitions presented in an immersive 3D environment. Each call is carefully developed around a specific theme and focuses on artistic depth, coherence and professional presentation.

We work with a small-scale, curated approach: no open marketplaces, no visual overload — but exhibitions in which each artwork is given space, context and attention. Whether you work abstract or figurative, experimental or refined, emerging or established — what matters most is the strength of your artistic voice and how it resonates with the theme of a call.

How it works

Each Call for Artists at CaroArtVirtualGallery follows a clear and transparent structure.

Artists are invited to apply for a specific exhibition theme. After selection, artworks are presented in a professionally designed virtual 3D exhibition, accessible worldwide — without time limits or physical boundaries.

Selected artists receive:

  • A curated presentation of their work in a virtual exhibition

  • A dedicated artist page with text, images and links

  • Visibility via the gallery website, newsletters and social media

  • Personal guidance during the preparation and presentation phase

We aim to create exhibitions that feel thoughtful, calm and focused — both for visitors and participating artists.

What do we look for?

We are interested in artists who work from intention and authenticity.

This means:

  • Work that carries a personal perspective

  • A clear relationship between concept, material and image

  • Artistic coherence rather than quantity

  • Willingness to reflect on one’s own practice through text and presentation

Each call has its own thematic focus. We encourage artists to respond thoughtfully to the theme, rather than submitting unrelated work.

CaroArtVirtualGallery values artistic diversity, but always within a curated and contextual framework.

Why a virtual exhibition?

Virtual exhibitions allow artworks to be experienced in a different way.

Visitors move through space at their own pace, without distractions. They can approach works closely, step back for overview, and revisit exhibitions whenever they wish — from anywhere in the world.

Participation

For artists, this means:

  • International accessibility

  • Long-term visibility (exhibitions run for several months)

  • No transport, insurance or physical constraints

  • A professional presentation that complements physical exhibitions

The virtual space is not a replacement for physical exhibitions — it is an extension, offering new ways of seeing and engaging with art.

Selection & Practical information

All submissions are reviewed personally by the curator of CaroArtVirtualGallery.

Selection is based on:

  • Artistic quality and coherence

  • Relevance to the theme

  • Balance within the exhibition as a whole

Each call page clearly states:

  • Participation fee (if applicable)

  • Exhibition period

  • Number of artworks

  • Technical specifications

  • Deadline and selection date

We believe transparency and clarity are essential for a respectful collaboration.
